Our charges are on a fixed fee basis with no hidden extra's. You will receive a written estimate detailing all of the costs that you will be expected to pay whether you are selling buying or both.
You will not incur additional charges for acting on a Leasehold, Shared ownership or New build property, not even for completing the Stamp Duty Land Tax Form, telephone calls and e-mails. All of which are costs which can sometimes be charged elsewhere.
The Practice is managed by Gillian Pirie who since qualifying in 2005 has practiced as a Licensed Conveyancer within the Hertfordshire / Essex border area.
It was whilst seeking a change in career from within the manufacturing industry that Gill was inspired to move into the Legal profession after experiencing the down side of the house moving process for herself.
The frustration and stress of aborted transactions compounded by the lack of information or updates convinced Gill that with there must be a better way… and there is.
